I work with people and organizations to support them in their development. I always discover and co-create a unique and tailored approach for each new relationship. Each journey is a new one, each case is unique and this deserves curiosity and openness to find the right way at the right time to work together.

I have been working for clients ranging from startups and scale-ups founders and CEOs to larger knowledge intensive organisations. Most of the times, the starting point has been a felt sense of wanting more from oneself or team; or managing a complex and/or challenging transition.

You can work with me in several ways:
- 1 to 1 coaching for individuals (6 to 10 sessions with defined goals)
- leadership supervision sessions (ongoing and as need basis)
- leadership development packages for organisations (6 to 10 sessions with defined goals)
- workshops designed around your current need

Pricing

The hourly rate is 300€/hour + VAT. A first introductory call of 45 minutes is offered free of charge and free of commitment.

I offer scholarships each year to individuals that cannot afford the hourly rate. If you are interested and cannot afford it, reach out mentioning your motivation and that you would like a scholarship.

My approach

I coach in Italian, Swedish and English, I have been living and working in multicultural environments and adapting leadership to complex settings. In my coaching, I integrate 15+ years of experience as a scientist, founder, executive and operator, together with the awareness of the impact of images and feelings in unleashing energy and meaning. I also draw on my life as a partner and father. My coaching approach will keep your own perspectives and evaluations central and strives for new insights by exploring what is going on, both in the 'material' you offer and in the conversation itself as it unfold. Empathy, honesty and presence are key to my coaching approach.

I am currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Executive Coaching at Ashridge at Hult Ashridge, aiming to be accredited at EMCC’s Senior Practitioner Level in 2026.
