Executive Coaching for Founders
Executive Coaching is increasingly seen as a significant way of contributing to an organisation's change and management development agenda. Startups and scale-ups marry this complexity with a fast unfolding of leadership and organisational challenges. Founders and CEOs have a huge impact on the performance of the organisation but they don't have true thought partners with whom they can openly share and reflect on everything.
That's the role and space I want to build with you.
My approach to Executive Coaching
By coaching I mean that the executive and the coach develop a relationship that encourages:
- Increasing of awareness
- Reflecting on alternatives
- Finding new perspectives
- Review outcomes and learning
I have combined research, leadership and entrepreneurship throughout my career. As a coach, I draw from my 15+ years of experience as a scientist, founder, executive and operator. I also draw on my life as a partner and father. My coaching approach will keep your own perspectives and evaluations central and strives for new insights by exploring what is going on, both in the 'material' you offer and in the conversation itself as it unfold. Empathy, honesty and presence are key to my coaching approach.
I am currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Executive Coaching at Ashridge at Hult Ashridge, aiming to be accredited at EMCC’s Senior Practitioner Level in 2026.
